TEJAS FARM SHIPPING POLICY:
Due to Covid-19, USPS shipping is currently stressed and delivery dates are not certain.
Please understand if you are shipping for a certain date, to order at least a week in advance.
We will be happy to ship UPS, please Click here to message us directly before making your purchase for other shipping options.
We ship Priority mail by the USPS. Sometimes that means First Class, for items under 15 oz. Sometimes that means a flat rate small or medium box, based on the weight of your purchase.
There is no additional cost to you for shipping, I will take care of providing an efficiently-packed and secure package to your door.
Packages are shipped by next business day and are out of our control after being turned over to usps. Sometimes, the package is not scanned at the initial drop off point, and may take a few days to update.
During the pandemic, shipping times may be delayed or undocumented during shipping, please allow a few extra days. All packages will be sent with a tracking number.
We reuse and upcycle packaging as much as possible, in an effort to be better stewards of the Earth and to minimize costs.

Due to the majority of our products being hygiene-based, we are unable to accept returns at this time.
However, if you have any problems, concerns, or questions, please let us know and we will be happy to rectify the situation.
